We had a great experience at Pueblo Amigo Hotel Plaza Y Casino. the location was excellent, and the staff was very helpful and courteous. the hotel was clean, and we enjoyed the excellent buffet. the spacious rooms were equipped with clean cotton linens, and we were impressed by the amazing suites. the special thanks go out to Carlos and Oscar for going the extra mile to ensure we had a great stay. This is the only hotel we would stay at in this area.

Besides, the location was magnificent for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of Emporium. And it was also adjacent to Tijuana, the port, taxis. We loved rooms for extra towels. The breakfast was exceptional and at the front desk; the staff was courteous!

We booked a standard king room with well-kept facilities. The hotel is in a marvellous location next to everything. The American breakfast was exceptionally good with a great selection of options.

AC won't work!!! on summer time? and also as a suggestion to the personal staff, a very cheap frame's door isolation can reduce drastically the level of noise coming from the Casino, Customers will appreciate that

We do loved it because of staff and location. Location really close to restaurants, the port.

The hotel staff, from top management to bellboys, were very nice. Our room was spacious. The breakfast was exceptional. We loved the view of the garden.

Near boarder and close to Zona Riom. Staff is excellent and they take pride in making the costumer feel special. I left my passport in the room by mistake and asked the reception to send Antonio to get it and they did. When I got back to the hotel, after going through inmigration, Antonio was waiting for me with passport in hand. If you meet Antonio you will know why I say the staff is great.

The rooms are fine but old and are in need of upgrading.

The staff was extremely helpful. I had no problems with my reservation. The remodeled casino was very nice as well

Delicious Mexican breakfasts are served at this place, perfect to kick-start your day! 🥞 Its location is unbeatable, right next to the border areas - very convenient if you are here for dental work or just exploring.

Great Location, I was impressed the great power of ther air conditioners. The hotel is very clean and they are over staff.

The hotel has a Casino and you can smell the cigarette smell from the hall way.

The carpet, smell bad. The every things are very good and exelent.

Perfect hotel located in a decent area. The room was carpeted, spotless, and had 2 Queen Beds. The room had a large window with a garden view.
